The Iwatani DI-1800 can convert any counter or mobile counter-top into a cooking station. Designed to drop into hollowed out counter spaces, only the Schott-Ceran cooking surface can be seen from above while the compact control panel can be inconspicuously placed nearby to minimize visibility and to further maximize the visual aesthetics of the cooking station. And with a digital temperature control knob, adjusting temperatures couldn't be easier. Equipped with a cooking pot/pan over-heating device, auto safety shut-down, material compatibility detector and other safety features. 1500 watt units are also available.
